As Construction Managers, we represent the Owner, developing and implementing a plan to achieve success within budgetary and scheduling parameters. We embrace an open communication policy among all members of the team.

Design Phase

During the Design Phase of a project, we focus on ensuring that the Owner’s program stays within scope, budget, and on schedule.

  • Establish Master Project Schedule

  • Develop project budgets/cost estimates

  • Assist in the selection of architect/engineer

  • Perform constructability and value engineering reviews

  • Assist the Owner with obtaining necessary permits and approvals

Bidding Phase

Our bid procedures use of our Contractor Database of more than 1,000 qualified bidders to ensure Owners obtain the best pricing on any project.

Construction Phase

Acting in a leadership role,  we provide field management, supervision, and administrative services to successfully execute a construction project in accordance with the Owner’s objectives.

Post Construction Phase

To prepare for occupancy of the facilities, we manage project close-out punch lists, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings, and advise the Owner on issuing of the Notice of Completion.
